Healthy Habits Heroes Camp

This camp blends climbing with age-appropriate lessons on wellness, balance, and self-care. Campers develop physical strength, coordination, and mindfulness while learning the importance of healthy choices, positive mindset, and supporting one another. 
This camp encourages kids to feel good in their bodies, build healthy routines, and enjoy movement in a positive, non-competitive environment. 

Day 1: Get Active

  • Fun icebreakers and meeting new friends
  • Warm up and simple exercises
  • Explore the basics of climbing and safety skills
  • Guided games and activities to explore having fun while staying active

Day 2: Stay Healthy

  • Guided team challenges to push limits and resilience
  • Work together to earn points and win the fight against the lazy villians!

Meals & Breaks

  • 15-minute snack break each day
  • No lunch provided
  • Please pack a light snack & water bottle
  • We recommend avoiding heavy meals as activities run back-to-back
